- 1 liter of milk
- 300 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 6 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
Boil the milk in a saucepan with the vanilla pod and let it rest.
In the meantime, slowly beat the eggs and 200 grams of sugar with a whisk and incorporate it together with the previously boiled milk.
In a small pan, cook the remaining sugar until it becomes caramel and pour it on the bottom of the molds.
Add the mixture and cook in a bain-marie for an hour in the oven at 160 °.
